2025 – 26 Academic Year
- Fall 2025 Panhellenic Council GPA 3.451. All Women’s GPA 3.332
- Held Delegate Orientation, Presidents Brunch, New Member Brunch (fall and spring) and monthly Council meetings.
- Participated in the Involvement Fair, VPVA’s Smash the Patriarchy, COMMchella and Rutgers Day
- Completed Council Bylaws update
- 91 students joined in the fall, 499 joined in the spring
- 456 students joined through spring NPC Formal Sorority Recruitment
- 74% of all participants signed a Membership Recruitment Acceptance Agreement
- 87% of participants matched to their first choice
- Cosponsored a Leadership Summit for Presidents, Delegates, Recruitment Chairs and DEI Officers with the Coalition for Women of Color,
- Recipient of the “Outstanding College Panhellenic Award” from the Central New Jersey Alumnae Panhellenic
- Donations:
- $4000 to Rutgers University Dance Marathon to support the Embrace Kids Foundation
- $1500 as a Service Week co-sponsor
- $3150 to sponsor two 75-meal plans through the Rutgers Basic Needs.
- $500 to the Center for American Women in Politics’s NEW Leadership summer program.
2024 – 25 Academic Year
- Spring 2025 Panhellenic Council GPA 3.464. All Women’s GPA 3.372
- Fall 2024 Panhellenic Council GPA 3.474. All Women’s GPA 3.295
- Held Delegate Orientation, Presidents Brunch, New Member Brunch (fall and spring) and monthly Council meetings
- 69 students joined in the fall, 459 joined in the spring
- 426 students joined through spring NPC Formal Sorority Recruitment
- 80% of all participants signed a Membership Recruitment Acceptance Agreement
- 89% of participants matched to their first choice
- Continued to support our Coalition for Women of Color
- Attended the Northeast Greek Leadership Association (NGLA) Annual Meeting in Baltimore, MD
- Winner of an Impact Award from NGLA for Multicultural Initiatives & Programming
- Winner of an Innovation in Programming Award from the National Panhellenic Conference
- Council participated in New Student Move In, the Involvement Fair, Homecoming Bed Races, VPVA’s Smash the Patriarchy and Rutgers Day
- Updated Council Bylaws
- Donated $4000 to Rutgers University Dance Marathon to support the Embrace Kids Foundation and $1500 as a Service Week co-sponsor
