Recruitment Counselors

Recruitment Counselors (otherwise known as Pi Chis) are sorority members who help us provide information and advice to women who are participating in formal recruitment.  Counselors will actively participate and engage in a semester-long training program focused on counseling and communication skills, recruitment rules, National Panhellenic Council policies, and individual chapter information.

Senior Pi Chis are returning Recruitment Counselors who apply and interview for larger roles on our Recruitment Team.  These seasoned pros will be helping our Pi Chi Directors with the training and administration of our Pi Chi program, and they can’t wait to meet you.

Sophia Coppola (she/her/hers)

Hi! My name is Sophia and I’m a junior majoring in Psychology! I went through recruitment in Spring 2025 after transferring and found the people who make Rutgers feel like home. Last year, I had the amazing opportunity to work with the Panhellenic community as a whole by serving as a recruitment counselor! Watching girls find their place on campus and run home was such a rewarding experience and I am so excited to be back as a senior Pi Chi and cannot wait for this recruitment season!

Kayla Ferrante (she/her/hers)

I’m a senior majoring in Health Administration. I joined my chapter in Spring 2024, where I found my best friends who inspire me. I also served as a Recruitment Counselor which allowed me to make an impact on PNMs. Helping my group navigate through their journey was so fulfilling, especially on Bid Day. I’m so excited to continue to have an opportunity to shape the recruitment process as a Senior PX!

Lexy Finkel (she/her/hers)

I am a pre-med student from Fair Lawn, New Jersey, majoring in Biomedical Engineering. I am currently a senior and joined the Panhellenic community during Spring 2024 which has led to one of the most rewarding parts of my Rutgers experience. I will always be grateful for the lifelong friendships, meaningful opportunities, and personal and professional growth that my sorority has given me. Within my chapter, I have had the privilege of serving as Director of Community Service, and I also had the opportunity to serve within the Panhellenic community as a Pi Chi during the most recent formal recruitment. Recruitment helped me find a community where I truly belong, and I am so excited to help other members of the Rutgers community discover a place where they feel equally welcomed and supported.

Emma Klein (she/her/hers)

Hi! My name is Emma, and I’m a senior majoring in Biomedical Engineering. After transferring to Rutgers, the Panhellenic community made my transition so much easier and helped make a large school feel like home. Joining the Panhellenic community has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’m so excited and honored to be serving as a Senior Pi Chi this year!! Being a Pi Chi, was truly been one of the most rewarding experiences during my time at Rutgers. We can’t wait to cheer you on throughout recruitment and help you find a place where you feel at home in this amazing Panhellenic community.

Abby Stowe

Hi my name is Abby and I am one of the Senior PXs this year! I am a senior at Rutgers and I am majoring in Genetics with a minor in Cognitive Science. I went through formal recruitment in Spring 2024 and it was the best decision of my college career. I gained life-long friendships, obtained once in a lifetime opportunities, and made some of the best memories of my life through my chapter and the Panhellenic community. I am super excited to be back working with the recruitment team and cannot wait for this journey to begin!
