Director of Data & Technology

Julia Jehle (she/her/hers)

I am a Senior in RBS majoring in Finance. I joined the Panhellenic community in Spring 2024 and quickly found a group of women who made Rutgers feel like home. Through Panhellenic, I have had the opportunity to build friendships, grow as a leader, and become part of a community that has made a huge impact on my college experience. Through my leadership roles, I have developed an interest in using data and technology to support recruitment and help things run smoothly behind the scenes. I enjoy working with data, staying organized, and finding ways to make processes more efficient. I am so excited to serve as Director of Data and Tech on the Recruitment Team and look forward to helping create a positive recruitment experience for both members and potential new members.

I’m currently a junior majoring in Social Work with minors in Psychology and Spanish. Since joining my Panhellenic chapter in spring 2025, I’ve found such a meaningful sense of friendship, leadership, and community through Greek life.
