Dear Future Panhellenic Women,

I’d like to welcome you on a wonderful journey that will remain with you for a lifetime! At Rutgers University, Greek life will provide you with a home within a close-knit community and is an excellent opportunity to be active at such a huge school.

We are the Panhellenic Council: a community of 11 organizations and almost 1,000 women. We dedicate ourselves to upholding our 4 pillars of Scholarship, Leadership, Service, and Friendship for Life in all of our endeavors. By embracing these, we strive to better ourselves, our campus, and our communities. Individual and organizational growth are fostered by the Panhellenic community, allowing our women to achieve success long after they have completed their undergraduate studies.

At Rutgers University, the Panhellenic community provides opportunities for all women. Every one of you is encouraged to discover your place and flourish where you are planted. We believe in sisterhood, growth, and most importantly, you! We’re looking forward to seeing what remarkable things you’ll do as a result of your unique experiences. So come out and see what Greek life has to offer!

“Sisterhood is many things. It’s a warm smile on a cold & rainy day, a friendly hug, a cheerful hello…It’s all that a good & lasting friendship is, only better. It’s treasured. It’s sacred. It’s knowing that there will always be someone there for you. It’s dreams shared & goals achieved. It’s counting on others & being counted on. It is real.”
