2019-20 FINANCIAL AND HOUSING INFORMATION

 

I. New Member Fees: Spring $900 (This total amount includes all items listed below.)

Inter/national Fees – $355 Badge Fee – included T-shirts – included Sisterhood Events – included

Meal Plan – see below Other – Chapter Dues $545 Date/Special Events – included Parlor Fee – $175

Philanthropy Events -included  Technology Fee – n/a

New Member Fees are collected as follows (please list approximate date and amount due):

  • $355 paid directly to Phi Sigma Sigma Headquarters within one week of bid day
  • $545 billed in 2 installments of $272.50 each on March 1 and April 1 on Billhighway. Invoices are due March 21 and April 21.
  • Meal Plan is optional for new members and costs $815 for the Spring semester.

 

II. Members Residing IN HOUSE: Fall $525; Spring $525

Sisterhood Events – included Meal Plan – included in room rate

Date/Special Events – included T-Shirts – included in room rate

Philanthropy Events – included Other – Reserve Fund $100 Chapter Dues $727.50

Room and Board:  Single: $15,310 Double: $13,510 Triple: $12,960

Residency Requirement: Phi Sigma Sigma Housing Policy states that members are required to live in the house if there is a space available for them provided that they are not employed as an RA or a commuter living at home with their parents.

 

III. Members Residing OUT OF HOUSE*: Fall $1,515; Spring $1,515

*Chapter Payment Plans may be offered; please discuss financial questions with the Finance Officer once you join the chapter.

Members choose 1, 3 or 4 payments per semester; or a deferred billing option with one payment due each semester after financial aid refunds are available.
